Refund & Return Policy
We want you and your pet to be happy. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, email support@happytailscoshop.com with your order number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first; we will give you the return address.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect – in that case we cover it or send a free replacement (photos may be requested).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Non-returnable: used grooming items and opened consumables, for hygiene reasons (unless defective).
